A native of California, Debe is very proud to represent our State of California as a Notary Public and a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent.  She believes in integrity and professionalism.  Being personable and friendly is also something she prides herself in.

Debe was raised in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. She has lived in the Antelope Valley area and San Francisco Bay area.  Debe has resided in Ventura County since 2009.  Together with her husband, they live in the magical valley of Ojai with their  two 4-legged 'dependents'.
