Mobile Notary Services Rates:

$50 per hour (calculated in 30 minute increments) not inclusive of fees noted below

Mileage beyond 15 miles may be charged at .54 per mile

California State has set the following rates effective 01/01/17:

Acknowledgements - $15 per signature

Jurats - $15 per signature

Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $15 per copy

Deposition - $30 + $5 for each oath to a witness and $5 for the certificate

Oaths & Affirmations - $15

Proof of execution by subscribing witness - $15 per signature

Copy of Journal Entry - 40 cents per entry

cost for Notary Signing Packages as agreed on prior to assignment being accepted. Rates are based on size of document set, distance traveled, fax back requests, requested signing time and day. Please call for a quote. (805.751.3323)

Payment is accepted at time of signing by check, cash or paypal  Invoices available and payment is due in full 15 days after signing. Interest charges will be accrued at 10% per month thereafter.
